1- What Hours Do You Work?

At this point in time, I work everyday except for Sundays. Sundays are no exception - please do not ask for an appointment on this day as I will respond with a solid NO

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9-5pm, I am unavailable from 2.30pm-3.15pm each day due to collecting my boys from school.

Tuesday 9-2pm. I no longer work Tuesday afternoons.

Saturday 8am - 2pm.

 2- What Payment Options Do You Have?

We have eftpos, Paypal, bank transfer, cash facilities, afterpay, zippay and oxipay options available.

3- Where Are You Located?

We have a home based salon in Cockburn.

4- Can I Bring My Babies or Children?

Yes this is absolutely no issue whatsoever, however children are to remain inside the house at all times; preferably within the salon, however sometimes my boys are feeling friendly and will invite your children to come play - this is totally ok but please ensure your children are aware to respect fixtures and belongings as this is still my home. 

5- Preparing For Your Appointment.

Please come with washed and clean hair, (does not need to be washed the same day) with no products in. Does not need to be straightened etc as this will be done at the time of install.

 6- How Do I Book An Appointment?

Just pop through a message to either our mobile, Facebook or Instagram and we will endeavour to get back to you at the earliest convenience .

7- What Methods Do You Offer?

Currently offering tape, skin weft tape, flat track weave, micro beads and clip ins.

8- Can I Purchase Without Install?

Yes, please contact us to organise or place order through website.

9- Can I Have Extensions Posted To Me?

Yes, Australia wide Shipping is available, place an order through the website or through messages and we will get your order shipped within 24 hours. If for any reason, this is not possible you will be informed as soon as order is received and confirmed.

 10- Deposit Policy

Currently deposits are only required for custom orders, or for any clients who have not shown in the past.

11- Cancellation Policy

All bookings are deemed final and cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice, or will incur a $50 charge due prior to booking future appointments.


 12- Do You Have A Refund / Return Policy?

All items are subject to factory inspection prior to replacement or refund on faulty items. No refunds are given based on change of mind.

13- Installs And Services

For all install appointments, the first 14 days; you as the client are provided with free maintenance should any extensions slip or move for any reason. This is only applicable if suggested time frames have lapsed since install prior to first wash. For 14 days following install, should any extensions come loose, require moving or further cut and blend; Pure Lush Extensions will attend to this service free of charge. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE REMOVALS OR CHANGE OF MINDS.

14- Do You Offer Colour Services?

No, at present our focus is solely hair extensions. We do have however a wide range of colours available which can be mixed and matched to suit, custom coloured or toned to desired look.
